Completed in 2022, this Yankee Point Carmel custom home remodel is one of our favorites. We transformed a dated house into a modern masterpiece with stunning, unobstructed Pacific Ocean views. The project included a full Monterey County home renovation featuring a re-envisioned stone front entrance with glass and a new door, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, bleached wood ceilings, and an open-concept kitchen with striking blue lacquer cabinets after removing the kitchen wall for added space. The spa-like, ultra-modern bathroom and custom walk-in closet with exquisite woodwork add luxury and function. Interior spaces, including the formal living room with a floor-to-ceiling modern fireplace and custom spiral staircase, blend elegance and coastal charm. Outside, the new slate roof, paver driveway, outdoor fire pit, and updated landscaping with fresh grass and plants complete this Monterey Peninsula luxury home remodel.
