Year Round Beach House

This family wished to make improvements in order to make a profit when they sold after a few years. Paint, stain, countertops, floors, turning a half bath to full, basement improvements, outdoor hardscape improvements, wall paper, moldings, some cabinetry and vanities, some lighting, landscaping and staging.

Purchased to sell, we cleaned up the existing kitchen with a fresh dark gel stain, additional cabinets with a bar area behind the peninsula, a clean bright palette and lots of very simple lines. The natural light and open entertainment space is the star of the show in this large 4-story home.

A high chair rail, corner natural gas fire place, imitation grass cloth and chunky crown molding were all that was needed to pull this lovely, inviting dining room together. Valspar Honeymilk walls and trim with a continuation of the natural maple and bamboo details.

Staged for living, seasonal throws storage doubles as a small side table. Sparkle and glass were important in this room, because it only had one exterior window.

The smallest room was the star of the show once the orange paint went soft white. The bed was painted the same color as the trim so it didn't overwhelm the narrow space.

This big bathroom was pulled together with black Benjamin Moore Aura Spa paint. Tile replacement was skipped to keep the project on budget, and an area rug was used instead.
