Condos can be tricky; moving appliances and plumbing can be nearly impossible. While designing this modern kitchen, we took extra care in understanding where the plumbing (wet wall) was located, as well as the vent for the range hood and worked with that information to design a space that worked for our clients within those constraints. The result was a well designed condo kitchen that is a modern dream space that has plenty of lighting, storage and countertop space!
