This room acts as a mudroom, laundry room, and full bathroom, so there's lot to fit in a small space. Perspective Design Build completely redesigned the layout, to maximize the size of the shower and natural light through the window. We were able to open the space up by stacking the washer and dryer. The light natural tones and large format tiles help to make the space feel huge. The zero threshold shower is incredibly practical and low maintenance and is an example of how Universal Design can be be used in residential spaces.
