By adding a 2nd story over the existing Garage we were able to provide a quiet space for the client to relax and unwind. Large windows provide ample natural light for reading while the custom sliding "barn" door opens up to reveal a meditation space. A bathroom was incorporated into the design which completes this mini-retreat from everyday life.
