Contemporary face lift for the 20 year old Zephyr Mountain Lodge condos at Winter park Resort. The homeowner lives in NYC, so we acted as Owner's agent and project supervisor, selecting finishes, providing drawings, renderings and schedules for all the finishes. Renovations were extensive, but the budget and the time frame were small.
