Zero entry shower
This homeowner wanted to replace the shower unit with a walk in shower. We removed the shower unit and the cabinets on the shower wall.
We also removed the wall between the toilet and the door. We installed a 48" x 60" Onyx shower base and then we tiled the walls and floor.
The floor had heat cables installed under the tile. The shower bench folds against the wall.
The toilet was located so that a person in a wheelchair could easily transfer on to the toilet.
The tile and glass tile were chosen by the homeowner. The wood raised panels over the shower wall was a feature from the previous bathroom that the homeowners wanted to keep.
