Project scope consisted of extensive interior demolition, added structural beams and columns to open up the existing space. The new open plan design included a new kitchen and living room with fireplace and custom woodwork. The master bedroom was expanded as well as providing for a new guest bedroom. New exterior cedar siding was installed with new patio doors, re-purposed brick for new planters and new wood decks
