The tile is called Rodio and it is made by National Pool Tile. The interior finish is a standard marcite plaster in a medium gray.

The Dam wall separates the water. There is no issue with spa being chilled by cooler pool water. The pool has automation to change heating to the pool or spa.

This pool measures 10 'x 58' The pool is 10' x 50' and the spa is 10' x 7'. There is a 1' dam wall in between the spa and the pool. The pool itself was $65,000, all in with masonry and ancillary items roughly $110,000.

The tile used in this pool is a frost free tile called Rodio (looks like slate) which is manufactured by National Pool Tile. We do not recommend using natural slate tiles in our pools because of our extreme weather fluctuations and the potential for water to infiltrate the tile, freeze and crack or "pop" it off of the pool.

This pool is 10' x 50' and the spa is 10' x 7'. There is a one foot dam wall between the two bodies of water making it 10' x 58' in total length.
