If the mixed aggregate is an overlay, is it a full layer on top of the concrete or is it scattered? What percentage is mixed aggregate to get this look? We are in the process of doing this now and would really like it to look like this. Would love your detailed input please. Thanks!

One of my friends has a concrete driveway like this and it looks amazing. I really want to have something like this in front of my home, just maybe a different color.
