It's Camouflage 2143-40 by Benjimin Moore. Works well with dark woods and spa silvers and spa blue/greens . Not a good compliment to bold colors I find. My entire house is painted this color.

Thanks for the reply! I am in California and haven't been able to find anyone who will source it due to numerous defect complaints. Guess I'll look for something else that will give me the same look.

The burlap pillow was a gift from my mother in law who lives in SoCal. Etsy offers similar.

These are bamboo blinds. They are fairly easy to find if you do a search online. Good luck!

That sort of blind is often categorized as "natural blinds" or "natural shades" you can try that in your search. Bali Blinds (www.baliblinds.com) has a nice selection and they will send free swatches. Their virtual decorator on their website or their free mobile app from their FB page can help you choose the swatches that you want with your decor.

what kind of arm does this chair have? It does not appear to be the english roll. Doesn't the English roll generally dip in the middle of the arm or at least it seems to. Is this the Franco chair with different feet? Thanks

Many window covering brands have woven woods so it's hard to tell but it looks like a Hunter Douglas woven wood fabric Sierra. Their website shows a photo:

You can find a dealer near you on their website as well.
Good luck!

What Houzz contributors are saying:
Beth Dotolo, ASID, RID, NCIDQ added this to Your Guide to Stylish Slipcovers
Slipcover cons:
1. Style. While they can create a relaxed, cottage style, readymade, "over-the-counter" slipcovers also can be loose fitting and distract from the lines of your furniture, unlike the well-fitting slipcovers in this image.
2. Fit. Over-the-counter slipcovers are designed for standard furniture sizes and created to fit mass-market furniture pieces. This can lead to a frustrating laundering experience, since it requires quite a bit of work to get on and off and may leave you with a sloppy look.
3. Wrinkling. If the slipcover doesn't fit tightly, you may see quite a bit of wrinkling after use due to the loose fit. The image above is a great example of how a well fitted slipcover can reduce wrinkling.
Laura Gaskill added this to Easy Green: Natural Fabrics Refine Rooms
Easygoing spaces. Crisp white cotton slipcovers can be unexpectedly kid and pet friendly — just throw them in the washing machine to keep them looking fresh. If you crave something softer underfoot, try a 100 percent wool rug or a wool-silk blend for a luxurious feel. Bamboo blinds are a decorator staple that can go solo for a casual, beachy vibe or be combined with drapes for a sophisticated layered look.
Laura Gaskill added this to Sell Your Home Fast: 21 Staging Tips
9. Choose sophisticated neutral colors. Now is not the time to experiment with that "fun"-looking lime green. But that doesn't mean you need to go all white, either. Rich midtone neutrals like mocha and "greige" create a sophisticated backdrop that makes everything look more pulled together.
Julia Pockett added this to Bamboo Products — Earth Friend or Foe?
Because of its lightweight and durable characteristics, bamboo works well as a material for blinds. Moisture resistant, it's easy to wipe down, but most important, bamboo blinds create a wonderful sunscreen while still allowing you to see out.
