Contact APSP (Association of Pool and Spa Professionals and MasterPoosl Guild - they should be able to help find a reputable company on that side of the pond! Look at other pools that the company have built and try to speak to the client/ testimonials etc.

They are ceramic mosaic tiles 24mm x 24mm but come in a larger square with a mesh backing.

It isn't a liner. It is finished in charcoal colour mosaic tiles. Liners are available now (Alkorplan range has a new one out) in a charcoal colour however will not look like this.

I love this pool as well and have followed some of the comments. Specializing in stone importing (French limestone and middle eastern stone) and being in a cold climate region, I can add that thickness usually has little bearing on strength for freeze/thaw durability. Granite at almost any thickness would be fine, I assume the coping on this one is 2" thick but for limestone, it is a questions of the limestone used. There are many limestones that can be used in our climate at 3cm (1 1/4") or above (depending on size of slabs) but there are many that will not hold up at all.

Everything about this house and pool is large - from the expansive views over the countryside to the house, grounds and terrace area.This enables the client to have many entertaining areas for different purposes. I think if the property demands it then "go large"!

Thanks we love this too! The limestone terrace is a special order size of 600 wide by random lengths. 430 wide by random length are available as a non special order. The client wanted everything in large format including the pool to suit the house.

Gunite is sprayed concrete and we use this method to "shoot" our pool shells. We then render and then apply the internal finish. In this case it is charcoal mosaic tiles.

Oh I wish we had that problem! I guess what you could do is do a limestone coping stone matching the surrounding paving stones. It wouldn't have quite the same impact but you would still have the full length internal granite stone steps. If you have the time you could do a test on one piece by leaving it in full sun compared with cream and see what happens?
