The floors are natural hickory pecan set in 3", 5" and 7" wide planks which creates all the color.

Is this floor is unfinished?
Yes it would need to be for use. It just has a low gloss or matte finish. You can do that with both poly and Euro style oil like Rubio Monocoat.
