Not sure, I don't really know where NRH is or what it stands for. The tiles were antique but are available new (Google cement tile). The Canterra stone coping, border and fire pots were custom carved per my design by local fountain suppliers who have these hand carved down in Mexico and shipped up to Phoenix. I would start with local landscape architects as you will probably need plans for permits for the fountain, electric runs and the gas runs for the fire pits. Hope this helps. Chad
