You don't have to worry if someone can replicate it on site, it is already finished for you. There is no finishing process on site which means you don't need to shut down your job site for several days or weeks to allow time to stain and seal your floor. You also don't need to worry about odors and fumes from the onsite finishing process. You will want to plan to install your prefinished hardwood flooring later in the process though.
