Hi Rachel, European Ceramics supplied the tiles http://www.europeanceramics.com.au/ These tiles are called MARAZZI CONCRETA CRETA.

Hello, the mirror is a frameless mirror and has been hung using adhesive tape to stick the mirror to the wall. Have a great week!
