Thank you. I really like this house! I have used standing seam galvalume roofs in the past but at great expense. Do you have any experience with the type of metal roof that uses surface screws to attach it? I can't tell which type of roof you used here. My contractor is worried about potential leaking with surface fasteners.

We used a standing seam galvalume metal roof. Exposed fasteners over time could fail and cause some leaking. Standing seam is more expensive but looks sleeker and is less likely to fail.

Thanks! We chose exactly the same for our master bathroom cabinets but they said they couldn't go over 48", and I'm trying to find an option that will work well with it for a very tall cabinet. You have some tall sections that are kind of what I need. BTW...love your design. Thanks for sharing.
