The hood is a vintage copper hood from about 1970 or so. I had new exhaust fans fitted to cope with the BBQ. The hood is ducted to the rear wall. There is no problem with smoke. The hood size should be similar to the Bbq but you can use a larger hood but try and keep it balanced with your kitchen

Lights are a commercial Copper 1 watt led light They also come in 316 marine grade stainless steel

We purchase all our lighting through a commercial wholesaler

May be your electrical contractor could source these for you

They are a 1 watt LED deck light in copper, but you can get them in 316 grade stainless steel.
They require a driver to run the lights and any qualified electrician can install them.
