I hadn't made the connection between all these companies unitl you wrote.
The top image storage solution was purchased as part of a SieMatic kitchen.
The next image storage solution was purchased from Hafele.
Both storage solutions were made by Kesseböhmer, Germany, known in the United States as Clever Storage.

The project with the marble project is not our project. However, the faucet looks like Dornbracht Classic Tara (they have 3 versions of Tara so you might want to look at all of them). Here is the Dornbracht Classic Tara link:

Hi Holly - I wasn't successful in finding it. These were supplied by the designer on the project. You can find similar from Hera Lighting. http://www.heralighting.com/top/hera/

The cabinets are from SieMatic. My guess is that it is the natural walnut color.

Note that the wood grain does not match up - but it still looks great. If you want your wood grain to match up, you need to get true custom cabinets and ask for it, such as this one:
