I don't have the exact color on hand. We used a dye-stain to get a saturated look. Work with your cabinet maker to get the right color for your situation.

Yes, the floor is also oak and we used a medium dark color - I think Early American.

The cabinets are actually stained oak. We used a die stain to get a really saturated color.

There are two types of doors you can get. Solid wood will typically be multiple pieces of wood glued together to create a door. In this case you can see the different grain patterns between the pieces. If that bothers you, then go for a veneered door. Veneers in today's design world are very good and many high end cabinet companies use them with great success.
