I currently have stained oak cabinets (16 yo). We are currently looking to replace our current floors -- my husband wants to go light wood - maple?? I prefer dark wood - natural barn wood. What do you suggest?

Oh dear. A husband vs. wife question. I suggest you sit down and agree on the look you're going for. The maple sounds lovely--giving light to the floor and a more contemporary look. The dark barn wood will be warm and full of character. Both are winners!

What is the name of this rug and might you know where I could buy it?

Kitchen rugs are a great way to add pattern and color to the heart of the home. Take part with a fresh floral rug. This staple easily livens up any white kitchen.
