This is our home in Wimberley Texas. It was a custom design by Burleson Design and built by Coachman homes. No floor plan available as it was custom and the 3 main buildings- main house(kitchen, living, dining room, master and 2 office spaces), bunkhouse(kitchenette, living room, 2 bdrm/2 bath) and garage apartment all total about 3800 square feet.

I like the aesthetic of this (although maybe not the stone). Breezeway with metal roof and almost a porch like setting, open fencing, windows very open.

Our roof is the standing seam galvalume metal roof. It is the standard shiny silver metal color but takes on different colors along with the Texas sky. As it has aged, it is less shiny.
Most metal roofs have a 25 year warranty, but they are usually not covered for cosmetic damages with your homeowners insurance. Just a fyi. Recommend using “ hurricane clips” to secure the metal roof. The Texas wind on our hilltop has been brutal
