Those hinges appear to be Amerock ones that are spring loaded to keep the doors closed. The doors on that kitchen are partial inset, so the hinges are often referred to as "Partial Wrap"
Lowes or Home Depot likely won't have an exact match, unless the cabinets came from there. Your best bet is to take one off and go to a kitchen dealer that sells at least Amerock, if not some other lines as well. Or, you could go to Amerocks site and see if you can match one to the diagram.
