The granite color or type is referred to as Bianco Romano. There are bits of garnet and grey to black tones and veins. We love it. It ties in the tones from the expresso island, the floor tile and the stainless steel very well.

Sorry I do not remember the brand. However we purchased them online at LampsPlus.com. They are a double drum light led. The inner drum is frosted glass with the outer drum/ring is a wire mesh. with brushed stainless steel extensions and mounting plate. We are very happy with the look.
