The chairs, the pendants and possibly the hardware are Restoration Hardware and they also do a table very similar to this one. I cannot see it well enough to know for sure if it is it.

Typically when you hang lights over an island they should be anywhere from 36" to 42" from the countertop to the bottom of the light fixture!

I'd call these bin pulls, but they're more streamlined than the norm. Love the look. Check out Top Knobs or www.knobsandhardware.com. This is such a great kitchen.
