Hi Pamela, sorry about the late response. We do not have the exact dimension for the island, but a standard island height is 36". Most counter stools should work, but you should allow at least 12" for knee space. Thank you for reaching out to us!

I've seen these barstools on Wayfair as well as overstock.com. These appear to be the gray ones but they sell them in a cream and very dark brown as well.
