The ceiling is 9 feet tall. We adjusted the height of the cabinets for the desired look in the moldings, making them 46.5" tall. This look would be very close if you adjusted the molding height and used standard 48" tall cabinets.

Adam, so with the 46.5" cabinets, what is the width of the trim at the top?

The supplier we purchased from called this granite "Ivory Gold." Keep in mind that many granite suppliers change the official names of the stone to protect their interests.
