Our team at theautom8group was brought onto this project to provide a full home entertainment, lighting, and shading system. We Prewired, installed and programmed a Lutron and Control4 home automation system. We started by giving this unit a rock solid Home Network system. Then we installed 4 TVs, one in each bedroom while storing all the cable boxes remotely in our Equipment Rack. Next, we installed stealth invisible speakers throughout the Living and Dining room as well as the Kitchen and provided multiroom audio streaming, to allow everyone to enjoy their music where ever they are in the house. Then we provided the client with a sleek and powerful surveillance system. And Finally, we installed Lutron Palladiom shades throughout the entire apartment.

In this Luxury upper west side building we were brought on to plan and design 2 Lutron and control4 Home automations systems for 2 seperate units. The first objective was to add recessed lighting to the concrete ceiling in the living rooms. We worked with the contractor and designed a beautiful new reflected ceiling plan where we dropped the center section just enough to fit all the new light housing and wiring above. Next we ran wires to all the windows and installed a full lutron homeworks shading system. After that we installed invisible speakers throughout the apartments, with multizone audio distribution to allow for music streaming all over the house. Finally we installed 85” tvs in the living rooms and 65” in the bedrooms, and programmed them all to our Control4 remotes. Leaving the all the wires and cable boxes out of site in the rack, and turned all the extra remotes obsolete. 1 remote to control the TVs, lights, shades, thermostats, and more !!
