This 7,500 SF Santa Monica property was completely renovated with a new pool, hardscape, and landscaping. The existing 2,000 SF Single Family Residence was substantially reconfigured to a much more contemporary look and functionality. It was also refitted with complete new exterior and interior finishes. Approximately 600 SF were also added for a new Guest Suite and the existing detached garage was re-built in a different location in order to improve the use of the rear yard as well as the Indoor-Outdoor relationship.
