New addition to an existing 6,500 SF Single Family Residence in Hermosa Beach. LMD collaborated with an Interior Designer to incorporate a new tasteful and well appointed detached Dining Cabana for the entertainment of family and friends. 400 SF of livable space were also added below for a new Stone/Steel Wine Tasting Room.
