This remodel of a facade went from low key and out of date to bold and sleek modern Urban. A lot of the appeal happened inside as well with a loft style update. Specialty track lights, exposed existing steel trusses, new spiral ductwork and custom created desks for the crew round out this exterior/interior rendering, all visible through the crisp new store front style windows that connect indoors to outdoors. We custom modeled a virtual edition of Austin Ave. to set the stage.
