This triplex is a favorite of mine with urban and traditional elements crafted together. Lots of positive feedback on it from those who've toured it, which is a big encouragement to a designer. This was a team effort with Mark Boozer, who helped take this design up a notch by letting me experiment with features, and offering great input on honing the floorplans.
