In what the city called “an exemplary project” that created multiple live-work homes from 1 residential lot, we helped our developer/client realize tremendous returns on their investment. Given the eclectic neighborhood in Costa Mesa, these homes had to speak to a coastal urban aesthetic, with lifestyles that could accommodate working professionals and families.
