1920's Spanish Restoration

The homeowners of this 1920's historic Spanish estate in Santa Ana wanted to restore it back to what it was in the 1920's, but with all the comforts of the modern day. It was very important to them to find era appropriate finishings, light fixtures, hardware, flooring, cabinetry etc. and they used old photographs they found of the estate to make sure the finishings were authentic and the restoration was period accurate. The kitchen was completely renovated with a large double oven range with built in hood, built in Sub Zero glass panel refrigerator and a freestanding island with vintage pendants above it. The bathrooms were all renovated with period specific tiles, fixtures, hardware, toilets, lighting etc. The end result of the renovation is a gorgeous home from the 1920's restored back to it's original beauty and charm but with all of the comfort and conveniences of the current day.
