This 1925 beach cottage is one of the few remaining original homes on the block and across the street from the sand. With this project the owner was very specific about keeping the originality and character of the 1925 cottage, but the kitchen still needed new counters, cabinets, appliances, fixtures and floor repairs. We were able to come in and demo out the old kitchen, create and install custom cabinets, counters and shelving, fix the flooring (match to existing remaining floor) and put it all together in less than one month.

The updated version features 3-cm Carrera marble counters, white shaker framed cabinets with stainless appliances. It all works together in the open kitchen plan making this 1925 kitchen a perfect updated-cottage space.
