This is a 1963 ranch style home in Laguna Beach's Top of the World neighborhood. Everything was original and untouched since it was built. We replaced the 8' ceilings with expanded new ridge beams for a nice vaulted look. Taking everything down to the studs the home was re-wried, re-plumbed, new HVAC, new windows and roof, foundation upgrades and extensive re-framing. Smooth drywall replaced acoustic ceilings and textured and wallpapered walls, light wood floors replaced linoleum and outdated carpet. The exterior stucco was refreshed with new sand finish white color coat.
