In this classic 1920's Palos Verdes Estates charmer, the challenge was to give it a clean new look by bridging the old-style sensibilities with the sophistication of the simple, modern aesthetic. The program included the remodel of the master bedroom, bathroom, sunroom and powder room. The original lath & plaster finish and the wood flooring were preserved throughout with the exception of the master bath which was completely remodeled.
