This project involved the complete demolition and reconstruction of the interior of an existing 3-unit greystone built in 1905. The ultimate goal was to reconfigure the interior to accommodate a floor plan more suitable for modern living. The building now accommodates three residential units, each with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and abundant outdoor space. In addition, the exterior was improved to both preserve and enhance the distinctive greystone character of the building.
