Project Sheffield is a complete renovation of an apartment in an existing 1920s era masonry building located in Lakeview. The project involved the reconfiguration of the kitchen and adjacent dining room, new custom millwork throughout, and new kitchen & bathroom finishes. The building went through a previous renovation in the early 1980s which was less sensitive to the historical nature of the building. Our renovation design pays homage to the building’s past and brings modern conveniences by reintroducing more historically accurate details while introducing a subtle modern twist to the floor plan.
