Right around the corner from the kitchen is a sitting area with a new fireplace.

The wall has been removed and the kitchen demolition is complete.

In this image you can see there was a big wall closing the kitchen away from this room. Additionally, little light was able to get in.

This nicely illustrates the darkness of this kitchen before the remodel. No natural light was available.

Remember the wall removal and skylights in the previous image? Yep. Big difference.
