The homeowner wasn't happy with her existing dining situation, so a new room was added. Yep, excavating was done, foundation poured, walls built, lots of windows (15) added, french doors, warm walnut wood flooring installed, ceiling fan added and with a few other steps the new room was borne. The homeowner now has the space she wants for living and entertaining.
