This was a great project with terrific clients. Their home was in need of updating and enlargement. The Master Bath and Bedroom were cramped, dark spaces with inadequate wardrobe and storage space. There was only a small breakfast room with a functional but outdated kitchen. We enlarged the dining space and opened the view to the pool. A new pantry was added during the kitchen renovations and "facelift" which included new cabinets, countertops and appliances. The most stunning transformation was the inclusion of more windows into the main living room and the reworking of the fireplace.

Replacing the siding and painting did not change the style but gave it a crisp, clean, welcoming feel. The addition carried on the contemporary style and blended in well with the original structure.
