This project, on the diversion canal, was developed for a couple needing a Library. After a site visit to investigate the project's potential as well as the client's existing home, idea files and possibilities we agreed this library would be developed as an octagonal space with views of, the very busy, diversion canal. This space was 14'X14'X14' (WXDXH) and was finished as a "Jewel Box" with stain grade wood walls, shelves and moldings. The client's enthusiasm and willingness to work with the "Team" selected to design and construct this space led to this award winning addition.
