This was a wonderful project for a delightful client that was completed in two phases starting in 2011. In the first phase the apartment was enlarged by the purchase of the apartment directly above and a spiral staircase built to connect the 2 floors. The dining room, with pendant fixture by Ochre, was carved out of a bedroom and the living room was enlarged slightly by moving a wall. An existing half bath was converted into a wine cellar/storage room with a SubZero wine cooler and custom cabinetry. The spiral staircase brings you up to the music room where I designed a wet bar with custom cabinetry that incluces a SubZero refrigerator and Fisher-Pakel dishdrawer behind custom panels. The pendant at the top of the stairs and wall sconces are by Arteriers.

In all four baths the tiles are by Ann Sacks Tile. Polished nickel fixtures are by both Ann Sacks and Waterworks. Undercounter basins by Kohler and toilets by Duravit. Sconces are by Artemide and Schoolhouse Electric. Custom vanities and recessed medicine cabinets by Kelly Wordworking.
