Full-scale renovation of 750 square foot 2-bedroom apartment, built in 1967, in the Paulus Hook neighborhood of Jersey City. The apartment had never been updated and required a complete gut renovation. Nothing was saved from the original. The biggest change was in removing 2 walls enclosing the kitchen to provide an open floor plan, making the apartment feel much larger. I extended the granite countertop to allow seating for 3.

New hardwood floors, bathroom, electrical, moldings, and doors throughout created an entirely new, modern apartment.
