This condo unit in a 4-plex just outside of Minneapolis was completed for the 2018 Artisan Tour and used as a model for the 3 other units still under construction. It is a 2950 sq ft one level space with a long hallway providing access to all rooms within the unit, thereby creating this beautiful art gallery hall punctuated by floor to ceiling windows providing incredible light throughout the day. The architecture of the space is sparce and modern, but the interior selections are warm and comforting through the use of grain-matched walnut cabinetry, warm white oak flooring, satin brass finishes and neutral upholstery. The goal was to hint at a set of clients that where globe-trotting art collectors, while allowing those coming through the tour the ability to envision themselves in the space. Due to this unit being the top floor, this also comes with a balcony off the living room space, a rooftop deck and a beautiful view of the Minneapolis skyline.
