This remodel is a refreshing take on a minimalist modern hall bath. The main priority was to update the space and create a fresh, inviting environment that balances elegance with practical features. Keeping the same layout, we modernized finishes and materials to update the aesthetic.

When you think of a modern-style bathroom the key points usually refer to clean lines, geometric shapes, neutral color palettes, and minimalistic accessories. Using AKDO’s Sio Strata Hexagon ceramic tiles to bring dimension to the space with a soothing warm neutral tone, the patterned design carries throughout the entire floor.

Enclosed by glass panels, the walk-in shower fit seamlessly into the original layout and was inspired by the term “aging in place”. The walk-in shower was favored for the accessibility and modern aesthetic. Utilizing white tile to create an open and airy feel, while also adding a pop of color for shower feature strip. The navy color penny round tile was laid horizontally to visually expand the space.

The brilliant Navy colored vanity was designed through Waypoint Living Spaces, with Deco Crystal knobs, and sleek Satin Brass pulls to keep with the modern motif. The Deco glass cabinet knob shines in pure brilliance at even the smallest hint of light. Sure to radiate warmth and splendor for any home decor. Brushed gold fixtures add warmth to the fresh white palette, while the perfectly balanced floor tile brings just the right depth.

This bathroom was once cramped and outdated, but now it feels bright, spacious and serene—a testament to how every design detail makes a difference.
