Blending contemporary and traditionalism, the soft, creamy-white base and cascading grey streaks of Calacatta Nuvo, mimic the nature of ocean seafoam. Paired with Caesarstone’s Calacatta Nuvo, we chose fixtures from the Rook Collection by Brizo,. Continuing the sophisticated yet relaxed modern take on a coastal style.

One of the project’s challenges was to improve lighting and openness while maintaining the original layout. Unifying the natural light from the singular window, with light-enhancing materials like the white shower tile to the porcelain floor tile inspired by the rich textures of bamboo. These materials not only add warmth and texture to the space but also create a connection to natural elements found along the coast.

Adding to the modern look, the built-in floating corner seat is sleek and minimal while providing a comfortable place to sit. Supporting the oceanic motif, the handcrafted glass tile, Surin by Tommy Bahama provides seamless lines for a designed hideaway niche. Incorporating high contrast with the Surin tile as the focal point, the design also provides convenient storage for essentials.
