-Custom shower enclosure, with bench, double miche, mosaic strip, and dual showerhead with multiple settings- and detachable showerhead that has multiple jet settings of it’s own

-Fully waterproofed floor and shower, with DITRA for floor, Schluter Shower System, 2” Kerdi band around all edges and 1.5” waterproofing ring around drsin pipe

-Shower has linear drain, wirh detachable tile strip and “drain catch” for easy cleaning of any hair, etc.

-Inset (flush) medicine cabinet

-Recessed lighting, with custom dimmers

-“Smart swivel” toilet paper holder, that opens counter-clockwise without needing to disassemble
