Client had a nearly unusable, out-of-style basement with high moisture levels and minor mold growth.

We demo’d the existing walls and floor, and remediated.

Then we installed 2 sump pumps and a perimeter drain system, waterproofed the walls with 6-mil PVC membrane and insulated them. This created a dry, usable and safe basement. Then, we added new framing, firestop, etc to get up to code. We made the unnecessarily large laundry room smaller, added a new bathroom, including framing it, moving plumbing and electrical for it, adding new exhaust fan and vent, and then building/finishing it.

Then, we installed all new drywall, stylish LVP flooring with waterproof + padding underlayment, carpentry and painting.
